Shipping Policy

Gruns ships only to addresses in the United States. All U.S. orders receive free standard shipping.

Processing and Delivery

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch. Standard transit is generally 4–6 business days after shipment. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier interruptions, and address issues may affect these estimates.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number after the carrier accepts your shipment. Use the tracking link in the shipping confirmation to follow progress. If tracking stalls or shows delivery when the package is not present, contact us with your order number.

Addresses and Delivery

Please review the shipping address before checkout. Contact us immediately if it must be corrected; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Taxes are collected when required by applicable law.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel before shipment. After shipment, requests are handled under our Refund Policy, including the 30-day return and exchange terms and free return arrangements.
