These Terms of Service govern use of Gruns and purchases through this store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked here.

Store Use and Product Information

You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate checkout information. Product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, materials, care directions, serving information, and safety warnings appear on the relevant product page and packaging. Review them before use. We do not invent or guarantee benefits beyond information stated for the product.

Orders, Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are collected as required by law. We may correct genuine errors, decline suspicious transactions, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.

Shipping, Cancellation, and Returns

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders, processing normally takes 1–2 business days, and transit generally takes 4–6 business days with tracking. Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, our Refund Policy applies, including eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days and merchant-paid return shipping.

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

Store content, branding, graphics, and text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, scrape restricted data, or use the services to violate another person’s rights.
